About Us

Kube & Company was founded in 1997 by Thomas Kube, former executive director of the National Association of Trade and Technical Schools (NATTS)/Accrediting Commission for Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT).

Originally set up to be a compliance and accreditation consulting group, the organization evolved into a comprehensive executive search, operational consulting and merger & acquisition practice – all focused on for-profit higher education. We quickly came to realize that there was no other professional knowledge practice in the marketplace with this level of expertise. We also diversified to traditional public and private non-profit colleges as clients.
