Once we've developed a position profile, our seasoned account executives define an effective search strategy, including target sectors and companies, which results in finding the best person for the job.

Careful Candidate Identification and Assessment

The next step is to conduct preliminary research for developing an initial candidate list. We contact, meet and assess a short list of potential candidates through telephone and personal interviews. Our executive professionals prepare a confidential candidate assessment report, which is then presented to our client for review. When the client is ready to proceed, our professional account executives are ready to assist with pre-screening, interviews, and profile development.

Search Completion, Candidate Selections and Follow-up

In the final stage of our process, we consult with our clients to review the top candidates and support the selection process. Our professional account executives frequently provide support in the negotiations between the client and candidate.

We create a long-lasting relationship – Even after the position is filled, we conduct ongoing follow-up with both the client and candidate to ensure success of the new executive. 

The Kube & Co. Competitive Advantage

Our executive placement solution offers a three-fold advantage to our clients, over other types of recruiting efforts. We provide:

A limited number of pre-screened, pre-qualified candidate resumes or curriculum vitas (CV's). You receive a short list of our top candidates, along with write-ups (profiles), eliminating the stack of resumes from HR or advertisements.

You can set your recruiting budget, paying a flat transaction fee, regardless of how many of presented candidates you hire. Our transaction fee structure is simple and straight-forward – (30% of annual salary, paid 1/3 upon signing, 1/3 upon receipt of candidates, and final 1/3 when your selected candidate(s) start.)

These are your candidates, so you can take as long as you like in the selection/interview process. Your hiring managers are in touch with them, thus eliminating the need to report/communicate back to our professional account executives.
